On the morning of May 7, 2016, Sennics Co., Ltd. (Sennics), a subsidiary of Sinochem International Corporation (Sinochem International), joined hands with DyStar LP, a holding subsidiary of Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co., Ltd. (Lonsen), acquired rubber chemicals, NBR latex and other business assets (hereinafter referred to collectively as PANIT company) from Emerald Performance Materials LLC (Emerald). The signing ceremony was held in New York, the USA.
The acquisition is expected to promote the development of the rubber chemicals business of Sennics in the international arena, and help the company rapidly lay out production capacity overseas, strengthen its global supply system, and enhance its international marketing and service capabilities. In addition, Sennics will further tighten its partnership with global customers in multiple fields.
In the future, Sennics is determined to "become the preferred choice for global rubber chemical users" by creating more value from its comprehensive service, boosting synergy, and developing "global operation" capabilities.
